Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for professional, patient-oriented nursing in accordance with our nursing mission statement
• Professional advice and support for the team in complex nursing situations
• Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organisational management of the department
• Active participation in shaping and further developing nursing processes and quality standards
• Participation in daily nursing work and responsibility for the nursing process and its documentation
• Promotion of constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
• Involvement in change processes as well as in the introduction and support of new employees
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and processes

What distinguishes you

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
• Experience in acute care as well as interest or experience in a leadership role
• You have completed leadership training or are willing to complete it promptly.
• Enjoy motivating, empowering, and shaping employees
• High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Interest in further developing your own specialist area and openness to new things
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2 for diplomas from abroad)
