Nursing Team Leader (a) 80–100%
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for professional, patient-oriented nursing in accordance with our nursing mission statement
- Professional advice and support for the team in complex nursing situations
- Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organisational management of the department
- Active participation in shaping and further developing nursing processes and quality standards
- Participation in daily nursing work and responsibility for the nursing process and its documentation
- Promotion of constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- Involvement in change processes as well as in the introduction and support of new employees
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and processes
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
- Experience in acute care as well as interest or experience in a leadership role
- You have completed leadership training or are willing to complete it promptly.
- Enjoy motivating, empowering, and shaping employees
- High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Interest in further developing your own specialist area and openness to new things
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2 for diplomas from abroad)
