As a leading provider of system components for electrical engineering and industry, Plica ensures that our customers can access over 25,000 items at any time. To make this work, we need a purchasing department that thinks ahead, plans proactively, and stays on top of things.

This is exactly where you come in. For our dynamic team, we are looking for a structured personality who keeps an overview even with many orders and persistently follows up on delivery dates. Together we shape the future of purchasing.

• Processing orders on time and in the correct quantities
• Ensuring that our supply chains run smoothly – from ordering to goods receipt
• Checking price adjustments and conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Creating production orders for internal and external assembly
• Receiving, checking, preparing, and recording returns as well as creating repair orders
• Handling and tracking complaints and error cases using IQ-Soft
• Supporting the introduction of new products into our range
• Participating in decision-making about who our supplier partners of tomorrow will be
• Attending national and international trade fairs as exciting opportunities for presentation and networking

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in purchasing
• Several years of experience in purchasing – preferably in an industrial or construction-related environment
• You communicate clearly, stay persistent, and assert yourself when necessary
• Independent working style with a good sense for pragmatic solutions
• Proficient in using ERP systems and the MS Office suite
• Very good German and business fluent English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus
