Field Nurse (M/F)

Permanent contract - monthly salary
Your mission
Provide advice, examination and treatment services, as well as nursing and basic care for quality client care
Actively contribute to clients’ home maintenance through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalised care and promoting clients’ autonomy
Participate in the development of clients’ therapeutic project within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of home help and care services
Actively collaborate in interdisciplinary team activities with a distinct role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as a full participant in the healthcare system
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS)
- Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and strong interest in community health
- Ability to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinary teams
- Agility, sense of responsibility, prioritisation and professional ethics
- Fluency in French, spoken and written
- Good proficiency with IT tools and mobile telephony
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
