Die Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Practice Manager (m/f/d), 80-100%
For our locations in Lenzburg and Baden, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is newly created as part of the further development of our organisational structure. In this role, you will take on a central role in our outpatient and day clinic area and manage collaboration and processes across locations.
Your tasks
- Cross-location operational management of the outpatient area.
- Patient-centred appointment coordination across all professional groups.
- Management of personnel capacities in close coordination with medical and therapeutic leadership.
- Support the further development of the outpatient services and implementation of digital tools.
- Personnel management of the secretariat.
- Collaboration with billing and performance management to ensure complete and accurate service invoicing.
- Implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes as well as compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain open and appreciative communication with all interfaces to promote a cooperative and participative working environment.
Your profile
- Completed training or degree in business administration, healthcare, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in practice/clinic management.
- Leadership experience in healthcare, ideally outpatient or psychiatric.
- Knowledge in billing, quality management, and process optimisation or willingness to develop in these areas.
- Organisational talent, decisiveness, strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork, and assertiveness.
- We desire an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
