Your Tasks

• Independent planning, organisation and supervision of flat roof projects
• Coordination and monitoring of construction sites regarding quality, deadlines and costs
• Leadership and deployment planning of employees
• Ensuring a smooth construction process
• Coordination with clients, architects, suppliers and other project participants
• Material disposition and monitoring of material usage
• Preparation and control of measurements, quotations and billing
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a waterproofing specialist, roofer or in the building envelope sector
• Experience as a construction manager or several years of professional experience as a foreman in the flat roof sector
• Good technical knowledge in flat roof waterproofing and the corresponding work processes
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in leading employees
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
