• Ensuring a smooth assembly process in final assembly through active participation in engineering reviews of new projects
• Accompanying the initial installation of new components in the vehicle together with the construction supervisors
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new employees in both mechanical and electrical areas
• Collaborating on cross-departmental topics and projects in the field of lean management

• Completed mechanical or electrical training
• Several years of experience in rail vehicle construction is an advantage
• Instinct for developing technical solutions and their practical implementation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Ideally further training in mechanical engineering (e.g. HF)
