Job Description

As part of a fixed-term employment for one year, you will support the Customs & Transportation team in day-to-day business and ongoing projects. In doing so, you will take on the following tasks in particular:

• Management of export processing - land, air and sea
• Coordination of national and international transport activities
• Master data maintenance in SAP ERP
• Active monitoring of transports from our shipping platforms (CH, DE)
• Support in quotation management and in creating certificates of origin

Qualifications

• Training as a freight forwarding agent
• Solid experience in customs and export is required
• Good SAP knowledge is essential
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (C1)
• Good English in spoken and written form (B2/C1), additional languages are an advantage

Duration of assignment: from August 2026 to the end of July 2027
