Job Description
As part of a fixed-term employment for one year, you will support the Customs & Transportation team in day-to-day business and ongoing projects. In doing so, you will take on the following tasks in particular:
- Management of export processing - land, air and sea
- Coordination of national and international transport activities
- Master data maintenance in SAP ERP
- Active monitoring of transports from our shipping platforms (CH, DE)
- Support in quotation management and in creating certificates of origin
Qualifications
- Training as a freight forwarding agent
- Solid experience in customs and export is required
- Good SAP knowledge is essential
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (C1)
- Good English in spoken and written form (B2/C1), additional languages are an advantage
