Your mission

• Holistic care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
• Assistance with basic care (personal hygiene, mobilization, nutrition)
• Performing household tasks according to the deployment plan
• Observation and forwarding of relevant information to the professional staff
• Promotion of the independence of our clients
• Documentation of assignments (digital or written)

Your backpack

• Completed training as AGS (EBA)
• Enjoy working independently in outpatient care
• Empathy, reliability, and ability to work in a team
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
