As a Project Leader, you shape the future of our automation solutions. You take responsibility for extensive lifecycle projects and implement them successfully according to the product specifications and backlog. You proactively and solution-orientedly address challenges both of a technical nature and in collaboration with various teams. Your focus is on complex projects, where you keep an overview, set priorities, and ensure smooth processes.

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field
• Several years of experience in project management as well as in leading hybrid project teams within a matrix organisation
• Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: automation technologies, software development or life science applications
• Experience in agile project management
• Good language skills in German and English
• Experience using Jira is desirable
