About the job

In our company with 30 employees, we develop, design and produce tools and injection moulds as well as technically sophisticated precision plastic parts. In the in-house injection moulding department, our own tools are sampled and series produced.

What we are looking for: A flexible and reliable person who can be deployed at short notice and on call as a floater in production. You will cover absences, support during staff shortages and production peaks, and contribute to a smooth production process with your versatile deployment.

Working days: Saturday and Sunday every 2 weeks

Your tasks:

• Operation and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines and material conveyor system
• Cleaning the injection moulding tool according to instructions and restarting the machine
• Checking, sorting, weighing and packing injection moulded parts
• Ensuring the supply of plastic granulate
• Setting up injection moulding machines
• Inventory management from raw material to finished product

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (EBA / EFZ) desirable
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in production (in injection moulding advantageous)
• Willingness to work weekends (every second weekend)
• Independent working style
• Good knowledge of German
