Your tasks
In this responsible leadership position, you share the overall operational responsibility for Landblick AG together with the executive management. In close cooperation with the board of directors, you shape the strategic and organisational development of the institution and sustainably influence its future. Thanks to your intuition for developments in healthcare and your network, you successfully position Landblick AG in the market.
You consistently commit to first-class residential, care and support quality. In doing so, you combine stability and continuity with innovative strength and convince as a leader through appreciation, decisiveness and clear communication. This ensures the sustainable success of Landblick AG and develops the institution with a future-oriented approach.
Your profile
- Completed higher education or further training in management, healthcare, business administration or a related field
- Sound business knowledge as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Several years of leadership experience; preferably in the healthcare or elderly care sector
- Implementation and design competence as well as pronounced quality and service orientation
- Empathetic, communicative and assertive personality with strong leadership qualities, high resilience and a solution- and goal-oriented mindset
- Enjoyment of interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to modern working and organisational forms and digital affinity
