The motto of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) is: "Creating moments that make life more colourful." FWG is an innovative player in system catering and known for exciting concepts. Since the early 1990s, it has been successfully operating in the Swiss market and has been run in the second generation by brothers Manuel and Daniel Wiesner since 2020. Guests are treated to a variety of culinary concepts from around the world. FWG places special focus on central locations that are also optimally suited for take-away and delivery business. Currently, FWG operates 33 locations, offers five food brands, and employs over 800 staff from around 72 different nations.

Learning & Development Specialist (a) 80%

Your diverse tasks:

• Design, organisation and implementation of internal training sessions, workshops, development programmes and e-learnings 🎓
• Support and advice for employees in their professional and personal development 🌱
• Further development of a modern learning culture within FWG with practical, effective learning formats 🚀
• Leadership and coordination of learning & development projects, internal events, participation formats and communities 💡
• Analysis of key figures and specialist topics to derive targeted optimisation measures 📊

Your talents and experience:

• About 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role or in employee development 🎯
• Experience in organising and supporting training sessions, workshops or development formats 📚
• Enjoyment of project work and collaboration with diverse people 🤝
• Completed vocational training or higher professional qualification; further training in adult education, coaching, personnel development or learning & development is a plus 🎓
• Independent, structured working style as well as enthusiasm for learning and development 🌱
