• You proactively advise prospective tenants regarding suitable rental offers
• You handle the digital re-letting process and maintain direct contact with prospective tenants and landlords
• You conduct viewings of rental properties with interested parties
• You create and manage property, estate photos, and 360° video tours of estates
• You select suitable prospective tenants in collaboration with property management
• You prepare rental contracts and assist in the preparation of mandate offers as well as in the development of marketing measures
• You organise and conduct leasing events (including reporting)
• You support the de-letting of properties due to renovation or demolition

• You have completed training as an EFZ Customer Dialogue Specialist or EFZ Commercial Employee
• You bring professional experience in direct customer consulting
• You are digitally savvy and preferably have knowledge of Sales Force
• You hold a category B driving licence
• You have enthusiasm and interest in housing and real estate topics
• You are a winning, communicative, and extroverted personality with good manners
• Your mother tongue is German and you have good French skills
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
