Your tasks

• Accounts payable: Independent processing, checking and posting of invoices and credit notes
• Key User SAP Maxflow: Professional contact for internal interfaces regarding document capture and invoice approvals
• Closing tasks: Participation in year-end closing tasks, especially preparation of accruals and project reconciliations
• Financial administration: Responsibility for expense management, maintenance of the digital contract archive and updating of financial authorisations
• Substitution: Mutual support within the team (focus on accounts receivable)

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and further education in finance (e.g. accounts clerk) and ideally SAP knowledge
• High degree of personal responsibility, strong analytical skills and trained quality awareness in number management
• Implementation strength, solution-oriented working style as well as resilience and overview in busy phases
• Strong team and communication skills in exchange with internal interfaces
• High service mentality and willingness to learn new processes and systems
