In this exciting position, you can expect the following tasks:
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the customer commitments made in operational railway operations
- Proactively monitoring trains and intervening in a customer-, safety- and operations-oriented manner in case of deviations
- Responsible for ensuring availability and operation of traffic around the clock (24/7 shift work)
- Central point for exchanging information and data between various stakeholders (customers, partner railways, etc.)
- Compliance with working time regulations and laws for the deployed operational personnel
- Ensuring quality in the execution of transports within the European network, taking into account the applicable regulations
You should bring the following requirements:
- You have professional experience in railway operations and want to develop further in the field of dispatching
- You find various challenges in daily railway operations an exciting opportunity
- Furthermore, you work reliably, networked, and have an eye for the big picture without losing sight of the details
- In addition to German, you have good language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (desirable)
