What you will do with us
Whether in the event of short-term absences, increased workload or special situations: as a pool employee, you are an important link in interprofessional collaboration. Your assignments take place across departments in various specialist areas; planned on-call duties are also part of your role. You will receive thorough induction in all departments and have access to our internal training programme.
- You will care for and support our patients with commitment and within your competencies, in close cooperation with the qualified nursing staff
- You will take on delegated medical-technical tasks and support the nursing process including performance recording in our clinical information system
- You will work closely with nursing assistants, trainees and students and support them in the ward routine
What you bring to be successful with us
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, ideally with professional experience in acute care
- You are flexible, quickly adapt to new teams, processes and situations, and see the wide medical range of a family-like peripheral hospital as an opportunity for further development
- The well-being of patients is your top priority and you treat all people with respect and appreciation
- You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
- Continuous personal development is a matter of course for you
- Fluent German completes your profile (for foreign language qualifications, level B2 is required)
