Well construction is more than drilling – it requires someone who keeps an overview, convinces customers, and leads projects to success. As a Project Manager for Filter Wells, you take responsibility from the first customer enquiry to successful completion – both on site and in direct contact with customers and authorities.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of our small filter well projects, from enquiry to final billing
• Active acquisition as well as support and advice for our customers
• Preparation of offers and calculations
• Regular assignments on our construction sites for inspections, meetings, and minor assistance
• Coordination of site personnel and external partners
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality

Your Profile

• Training or degree as a geologist, civil or environmental engineer, or basic craft training with appropriate further education
• Experience in project management or construction is an advantage
• Comprehensive MS Office skills
• Negotiation skills, enjoyment of customer contact, and technical flair
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
