Your main tasks
- Specialist medical responsibility and supervision of medical and psychological-psychotherapeutic treatments
- Active participation in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept
- Independent psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients
- Networking with local and regional partner institutions
- Assessment and counselling interviews
Your profile
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with several years of professional experience
- Motivation to work with a holistic treatment concept
- Strong relational skills in team and patient work
- High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
- Process-oriented, entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
