Public Prosecutor's Office | 80-100 % | Thusis
The Public Prosecutor's Office, with its 71 employees, is a functionally and materially independent body of criminal justice. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and juveniles in cases of crimes, misdemeanours and offences and is responsible for enforcing the state's criminal claims. The main office of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branches in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan and Thusis.
We are looking for a clerk for the Public Prosecutor's Office from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Participation in criminal investigations
- Taking minutes during interrogations and drafting various legal documents and orders
- Processing of offence cases according to the provisions of the Swiss Criminal Procedure Code, under the supervision of a public prosecutor
- Handling diverse secretarial tasks and close cooperation with various offices, departments and courts
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial basic training (business school or commercial apprenticeship) and several years of professional experience
- Very good communication skills (written and spoken) in German and preferably also in Italian
- An impeccable reputation
- Independence, reliability and efficiency as well as teamwork, discretion, flexibility and high resilience
- Confident use of common IT tools
- Additional language skills
