What you will achieve with us

In this varied role, you will be responsible together with a property manager for the care of a rental residential property portfolio in the canton of Bern.

• You organise viewings, handovers, and returns.
• You coordinate maintenance and repairs, acting at the right moment
• You conduct correspondence with authorities, tenants, caretakers, etc.
• You maintain direct contact with tenants, owners, and authorities.

  You support your property manager in all matters
