What you will achieve

In a residential area of our house, you will take on these tasks:

Professional and individual basic care and support of the residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of supportive process care and the prescribed care planning
Support of nursing professionals and assistants in implementing nursing and care measures while adhering to the criteria of the nursing process
Supportive work in hotel services (cleaning, meal service, etc.)
Careful and complete management of nursing documentation

What distinguishes you

Completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or Assistant in Health EBA
Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
Knowledge of the CareCoach software (nursing documentation) is an advantage
Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Good written and spoken German skills
