What to expect
- You are mainly in contact by phone and in writing with customers, offices, authorities, and internal departments.
- You handle reminders and debt collection in the assigned cantons of the Romandie.
- You manage debtors and keep track of payments, transfers, and write-offs.
- You handle complaints professionally and find good solutions even in challenging situations.
What you bring
- You have a basic commercial education or an equivalent qualification with experience in an administrative role.
- Numbers are your strength and you work precisely.
- You remain calm, clear, and professional even in demanding customer conversations.
- You have good French skills and are motivated to use and further develop them in your daily work.
- Resilience and assertiveness characterise you.
