About the job
Educational Specialist in Cycle 2 in Individual Setting (70%)
Department: Education and Living

What you can achieve with us
Together with a motivated team consisting of educational specialists, you will support pupils on the autism spectrum, with cognitive impairments, as well as with self-injurious and aggressive behaviour intensively in their school day. You accompany the young people in a 1:1 setting and therefore do not work in a fixed class group. Regular exchange and consultations within the class team are planned.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic personality with training in social pedagogy. Ideally, you have already gained experience in dealing with people on the autism spectrum and with challenging and aggressive behaviours. You are characterised by an independent and reliable way of working and are physically and mentally very resilient. You enjoy contributing as part of a team. At the same time, you also like to work independently and sometimes on your own. You can approach the challenges associated with supporting the young people with the necessary professionalism and calmness.
