The azb Foundation in Strengelbach is a non-profit organisation that offers supported living, work, training, and integration places to around 420 people with cognitive, physical, or psychological impairments.

The Garden Department of the azb Foundation, together with employees requiring support, takes care of customer gardens as well as the green spaces and surroundings of the foundation's premises. For this challenging task, balancing economic action and social mission, we are looking for a professional to complement our team as

Landscape Gardener EFZ (100 %)

Your tasks are:

• Supervision, promotion, and professional guidance of employees requiring support
• Carrying out customer orders in the field of horticulture and maintenance
• Maintaining the green spaces and surroundings of the foundation's own properties
• Independently leading a work group
• Organising work processes
• Implementing quality and safety regulations

You bring with you:

• Training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in horticulture and maintenance
• Joy and understanding in accompanying and promoting people requiring support
• Team-oriented, resilient, conscientious, and open personality
• Independent working style and organisational flair
• Economical and quality-conscious working method
• Professional interaction with customers and clients
• Communicative skills as well as good German and MS Office knowledge
• Driving licence category BE (trailer) is an advantage
