The Meiringen Private Clinic is located in the impressive landscape of the Hasli Valley, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The clinic, with 187 beds, is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the latest medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.

The team of Des Alpes 3, specialising in affective disorders and psychotherapy, cares for patients who require extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. This service mandate is based on the latest scientific findings in an individually defined treatment and care process. Psychosocial reintegration is regarded as a primary treatment goal.

Your Tasks

• You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker duties.
• You are committed to high-quality nursing care in the sense of best practice.
• You actively shape the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration.
• You share responsibility for organisational, personnel, and professional leadership in cooperation with the head of speciality.
• You represent the head of speciality in their absence.
• You participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
• You support and guide students/trainees in everyday nursing practice.
• You contribute to improving quality and process workflows.

• You have completed studies at HF level or hold an equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas; professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage.
