AOI/SPI Programmer (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Creating, optimising and maintaining test programmes on KohYoung 3D-SPI and 3D-AOI
• Preparing Gerber and placement data for programme creation
• Setting up and releasing new products (first samples) in close cooperation with process engineering and quality assurance
• Reducing false errors and continuously improving test coverage
• Analysing inspection data to optimise the printing and placement process
• Maintaining component and test libraries
• Supporting production with fault assessment on the AOI if required (verification of findings at the review station)
• Contributing to documentation according to ISO 13485

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. electronics technician, production mechanic or equivalent
• Experience in SMT manufacturing, ideally in programming AOI and/or SPI systems
• Knowledge of KohYoung systems and KSMART software is an advantage
• Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 as well as SMD and THT component types
• Confident use of MS Office, understanding of Gerber and placement data
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
• Willingness to assist operationally in production if required
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration across departmental boundaries
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
