We are looking for you as
Clerk Order Processing & Export 80-100%
Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement
What are your tasks?
- Independent order processing from A to Z (offer, order confirmation, scheduling and invoicing) for international customers
- Preparation of quotations, price calculations as well as handling documentary collections and letters of credit
- Planning and coordination of international transports (Europe, overseas and cross-trade) including export documentation
- Processing and answering commercial and technical customer enquiries as well as technical sales support
- Responsibility for sales administration including returns, complaints, payment monitoring as well as credit and dunning management
- Support with fiscal clarifications and questions in international foreign trade
- Organisation of sample deliveries as well as carrying out warehouse evaluations and stock controls
What do you bring with you?
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally with further training in foreign trade, export or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service of an industrial company, including independent order processing from A to Z
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high customer focus
- Organisational talent, resilience and enjoyment of working in an international environment
- Willingness for occasional travel (up to approx. 5%) to customer visits or trade fairs
