In this varied and responsible role, you will be the business card of our company throughout the canton of Bern and the surrounding regions. You represent Maschinenring Mittelland AG and its services and will expand our network with your sales flair.

Your tasks:

• Active acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Recruitment of new members and advice on the possibilities and benefits of Maschinenring
• Planning, coordination and execution of customer visits in the sales area
• Representation of Maschinenring Mittelland AG at trade fairs, events, agricultural schools and networking events
• Close cooperation with department heads and internal specialist departments
• Ongoing maintenance of customer and project data in the systems used and preparation of market and customer analyses

Your profile:

• Training in sales or commercial basic training with experience in field service
• Experience in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
• Experience and strong interest in agricultureIndependent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and closing strength
• Service-oriented, engaging and reliable personality
• Sound user knowledge of MS Office as well as affinity for modern digital working tools
• Category B driving licence and French language skills complete your profile
