The Office for Information Technology (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zurich.
It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the office accompanies the canton into the digital world.
To strengthen our New Business Services team, we are looking for you as an Application Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
In the New Business Services team, you actively shape the digital future of the Canton of Zurich. In connection with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform, we work on innovative topics such as artificial intelligence and other pioneering technologies. Together, we drive exciting projects that sustainably change and modernize the canton.
Your tasks
- Build and further develop an application landscape on MS Dynamics 365 CRM and generally the Microsoft Power Platform
- Configuration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Consulting customers and jointly developing inspiring solutions
- Project management and collaboration on customer projects – from conception to implementation
- Ensuring smooth operation and further development of applications
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and external suppliers
Your profile
- Completed training in business informatics or comparable education
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
- Experience in project work and application management
- Enjoyment of direct interaction with our customers
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and initiative
- Committed, creative, and resilient team player personality, willing to learn new things
