Sales Manager Furniture / Kitchens (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Leadership of directly subordinate living consultants
- Management of the kitchen studio
- Presence on the sales floor for active work with employees as well as customers
- Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees
- Exhibition planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
- Creating a frequency-oriented staff deployment
- Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with branch management and buyers
- Responsibility for achieving targets in the exhibition area you are responsible for along defined KPIs

- Solid experience in retail
