Who you are for us

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a pronounced understanding of contexts and a holistic view
• InterRai HC course completed or willingness to complete it
• High independence, communication skills, and good organisational ability, even in complex (nursing) situations
• Willingness to learn and joy in active collaboration
• Solid knowledge in the medical-technical field (e.g. Port-a-cath, Pleur-X etc.) is an advantage
• Experience as case manager in Spitex is a plus
