Your main tasks:

- Conducting control and inspection rounds on technical systems as well as in the properties (escape routes, etc.)
- Performing minor repairs
- Processing tickets (fault, maintenance, or repair tickets)
- Carrying out first interventions and fault analyses during and outside business hours (on-call duty)
- Contact person for building users, customers, and third parties
- On-call service

Your profile:

- Completed basic technical training with NIV Art. 15 (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Driver's license category B
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
