Your Tasks
- Support of the hospitality management as well as the specialist areas of patient hospitality, catering, cleaning and kitchen in operational and organisational matters.
- Operational assignments in the various areas to review and further develop concepts, processes and workflows.
- Participation in the design, introduction and optimisation of process and organisational structures within hospitality.
- Preparation of basics, evaluations, documentation and presentations for specialist and management decisions.
- Collaboration in market, trend and competitor analyses to identify future-oriented products, services and process solutions.
- Support in the development and implementation of innovative concepts for the further development of hospitality in the triad.
- Assumption of coordination and administrative tasks in various projects and working groups.
Your Profile
- Professional training in hospitality (BP/HFP/HF level)
- Initial experience in hospitality in healthcare is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organisational skills and high personal responsibility
- Proactive personality with networked thinking and acting
- Resilience, flexibility and openness to change
- High willingness to perform and learn as well as reliability and motivation
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
