What you can achieve
- Leading own projects, approx. 60% of the position
- Technical team leadership & coordination: planning and assignment of projects, setting priorities and ensuring project goals
- Resource management: planning personnel, budget and time to enable efficient work
- Communication & stakeholder management: regular information flow to all parties involved and managing expectations
- Controlling & steering: overarching monitoring of project progress, conducting target-actual comparisons and intervening in case of deviations
- Process assurance: compliance with quality standards and documentation of project results
- Leading and coordinating complex integration, IT/ICT and/or development projects
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of project teams
- Development and implementation of technical solutions together with internal and external stakeholders
- Interface management between management, technology, production and external partners
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, IT/ICT or comparable
- Several years of experience in project management
- Experience in leading teams
- Sound knowledge in project controlling as well as resource management
- In-depth understanding of project processes and technical standards
- Knowledge in design or plant engineering
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
