What you can achieve
- In your areas of responsibility in the Cheese business unit (Kirchberg site and packaging), you competently support and advise managers and handle all operational HR topics with high professionalism.
- You act as a trusted sparring partner for managers and are available for questions about people, organization, and leadership.
- You tackle demanding personnel discussions, such as conflict situations or case management, with commitment and accompany them professionally.
- You actively contribute to meetings and workshops on HR topics and confidently design and moderate them.
- In addition, you participate in exciting national and international HR projects and provide valuable impulses.
What you bring with you
- You have an HR specialist certificate or a comparable qualification and bring around 4–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar environment.
- You are an implementation-strong personality and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- With high personal responsibility, pronounced communication skills, and commitment, you convince at all levels.
- You appear confident, bring a healthy dose of humor, and know how to inspire people.
- You speak fluent German, have very good MS Office skills, and also feel confident in occasional conversations in English or French.
- A versatile range of tasks motivates you; you want to actively shape, take responsibility, and make a sustainable impact.
