We are looking for a professional who will lead and enrich our bakery and fine bakery team. As Department Manager Bakery & Fine Bakery, you lead a competent team of professionals. With us, you have a wide range of tasks and work in modern production facilities with daylight.

As Department Manager Bakery & Fine Bakery, you can expect diverse tasks:

• You support your team in the production of breads, small breads, and various fine pastries.
• You assist in the production of fine pastries.
• You lead your team of about 12 people including apprentices with motivation and always act as a role model.
• You manage goods and inventory efficiently and economically.
• You ensure that hygiene and order are maintained within your team.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet our quality standards.
• You develop new products and improve existing products.
• You can contribute your ideas in assortment planning.

To be able to perform these tasks, you should bring a backpack with some prerequisites. Besides your efficient and motivating way of working, the following experiences and qualities are especially important:

• Basic training as a baker-confectioner-pastry chef EFZ and several years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you have completed further training in leadership or bring higher education.
• You take responsibility and develop yourself within and with the company.
• You have leadership experience, can motivate a team, and know how to assert yourself in decisive situations.
• You master production processes, think along, and act as a role model for your team.
• You have high quality and hygiene standards for yourself and your employees.
• It is important to us that you can deal with people, communicate appropriately, and lead your team competently and reliably.
