Your Tasks

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the customer zone
• Advising on accounts, cards, payment transactions, and other basic products
• Selling standardised investment and pension solutions up to CHF 50,000
• Recognising customer needs and actively utilising cross-selling opportunities
• Managing the customer and 24-hour zones including cash management and safe deposit box administration
• Supporting branch management and customer advisory with administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Training as a commercial clerk EFZ, specialising in banking, or comparable experience in the financial services sector
• Experience in customer advisory and enjoyment of daily contact with people
• High service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent and reliable working style
• Likeable, professional appearance
• Regional roots or strong connection to Engelberg and surroundings
• German: confident (C2)
