Job Description
Your stage:
You shape the sweet signature of our three establishments and ensure that our guests remember their stay fondly, also gastronomically. Among other tasks, you can expect the following:
- Development and further development of our entire dessert and pastry range for Hotel Walther, Hotel Steinbock, and Restaurant Gondolezza
- Creation and production of desserts, cakes, tortes, petit fours, and other pastry specialties
- Consideration of current nutritional trends
- Professional leadership and organisation of the pastry section in a motivated two-person team
- Close collaboration with the kitchen management and various restaurants
- Co-creation of new concepts, ideas, and presentations
- Ensuring the highest quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Responsibility for material usage, product quality, and careful handling of food.

Qualifications
You love your craft and have:
- A completed training as a patissier, confectioner, or chef with a focus on pastry and experience in a comparable position
- A strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Up-to-date knowledge of nutrition science and hygiene regulations
- Independent and structured working style
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Good German or English skills.
