At our headquarters in Zurich we are looking to strengthen our committed team immediately or by arrangement with a motivated and qualified individual as
Finance Specialist 50 % - or on the way there
We are looking for a precise, communicative and resilient person who remains structured even in busy phases. After a thorough induction in our well-coordinated team, you will take on the following tasks:
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers
- Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of the monthly and quarterly financial statements of a subsidiary
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assistance with annual financial statements and taxes
- Posting of intercompany transactions
- Various reconciliations and analyses of evaluations
- Assistance with the management of fixed asset accounting
- Support with projects in the finance area
Your qualifications and skills
- Commercial training and further education in accounting (professional certificate in finance and accounting or business studies, completed or in training)
- Good Excel and Abacus skills
- Experience with VAT, knowledge of fixed asset accounting
- High initiative and motivation to develop further
- Cheerful, organised and resilient personality
