We are a senior secondary association near Bern. Around 25 teachers and special education teachers teach our young people in nine classes and together we work towards the same goal: to accompany and support our young people on their way into the professional world in the best possible way and to create an exciting and varied school day together with them.

Tasks
We are looking for a substitute for 8 to 23 lessons, who enjoys working in a wonderful location near the city and wants to be part of a fantastic team. Unfortunately, the position holder will be absent for several weeks. We accompany, challenge and support our young people with an attitude that trusts them and at the same time provides orientation. We rely on relationships and clarity and are committed to this with great passion.

Requirements

We are looking for a committed teacher with a focus on Mathematics and RZG, who takes young people seriously, builds relationships and leads reliably. Someone who likes to take responsibility and demands quality. We expect commitment and not perfectionism. We sometimes make mistakes and they help us to get better. Humour enables a pleasant lightness that helps us tackle challenges.
