Medical Secretary 80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Reception and care of patients at the counter
- Receiving and processing telephone calls as well as email inquiries
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and correspondence
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating appointments
- Formatting and proofreading medical and therapeutic reports
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EBA / EFZ) or completed business school
- Experience in the commercial field in a clinic is an advantage
- Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Very good, confident German skills (spoken and written)
- Teamwork, helpfulness, and independent working style
- Open, flexible, and adaptable personality with networked thinking
