Deputy Team Leader from 50-100%

Your tasks

• Together with the team leader, you shape the daily work of a team of around 30 employees and contribute to a culture of appreciative leadership
• You keep an overview, coordinate deployments with our central client dispatch and ensure optimal care for our clients
• You bring in new ideas and actively help shape the care of tomorrow
• You stay close to practice and work directly in care alongside your leadership duties

What you bring

• You are a qualified nurse HF/FH
• You want to develop further in a leadership role and take on responsibility
• Your high social competence and communication skills make you adept at dealing with people
• You are characterised by enthusiasm and commitment
