Are you our new team member who will support us as a Night Porter (40%) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement? You usually work between Monday and Sunday on the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Our task menu
- Ensuring the process at the reception
- Welcoming, attending to and bidding farewell to hotel guests
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Operating the telephone and information centre
- Accepting and processing incoming reservations
- Conducting professional complaint management
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
- Performing general tidying and cleaning duties
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the work environment
- Assuming the role of host
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction
- Responsible for the safety of guests and the establishment
- Providing telephone support to guests of the sister company Hotel Arabelle
- Processing daily closings
- Preparing the mise en place for breakfast
Your recipe for success
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the hotel or service industry
- Very good oral and written German and English skills
- Winning and charming
- Eager to learn and customer-oriented
- Service-oriented
- Flexible and solution-oriented
- Structured and organised
