Your tasks:

Independent execution of various maintenance and repair works (flat roof, pitched roof, facade)
Assistance in our areas of facade, pitched roof and flat roof
Assistance in the training of apprentices
Independent planning and organising of maintenance orders as well as minor repairs with the internal industry software
Participation in customer acquisition
Responsible telephone notification and coordination of maintenance and repair appointments
Responsibility for proper and structured document management as well as complete filing of forms and contracts

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a roofer with Federal VET Diploma or tinsmith with Federal VET Diploma (m/f)
Several years of professional experience in maintenance and repair work
Driving licence category B
Independent and reliable work with personal responsibility
Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You are characterised by a structured, punctual and reliable way of working
You keep an overview and a cool head even in busy situations
Interaction on an equal footing with all colleagues is a matter of course for you
