Tasks

Manage orders from quotes to delivery, including invoicing.
Oversee order and deadline monitoring for timely execution.
Handle national and international shipping processes, including customs.

Skills

Completed commercial training or equivalent experience required.
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
Proficient with Office programs and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365.

Your area of responsibility

Order processing from quotation to delivery including invoicing
Order and deadline monitoring
Handling of national and international shipping processes including customs formalities and organization of transport
Document management for import and export transactions
Support of our customers and suppliers by phone and reception
General administrative tasks and master data maintenance

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training or equivalent
Professional experience in internal sales and export, preferably in the MEM industry
Good knowledge of German, English, and preferably French (spoken and written)
Proficient in using Office programs and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
