Your tasks at a glance:
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintenance and ongoing updating of master data
- Execution of weekly payment runs and coordination of individual payments
- Reconciliation and control tasks
- Posting of customer payments
- Handling of dunning processes including coordination of resolution procedures
- Telephone and written handling of customer enquiries
- Posting of bank transactions and management of the cash book
- Opening and closing of projects according to project management guidelines
- Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support in projects and process optimisations
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial basic training and/or further training as an accounting clerk (or currently in training)
- Professional experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Swiss VAT legislation
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Strong numerical flair as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork and contact with internal and external customers
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
