Technical Administration/Order Processing Employee (m/f/d)

We are seeking motivated individuals with organisational talent, practical experience and an independent and very reliable working style.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking orders
• Sending order confirmations
• Communication with customers, forwarding to engineers for technical questions
• Entering ordered goods into our ERP system
• Ensuring information flow between production and engineering teams, preparing production planning
• Monitoring production deadlines
• Invoicing
• Organising shipping, creating CoCs, delivery and export documents
• Informing customers
• Compiling and archiving production documentation
• Controlling and preparing key figures
• Supporting management

Qualifications and Experience

• You have completed vocational training in the (technical) commercial field or have a comparable qualification
• You are proficient in German and can express yourself well and clearly both orally and in writing
• Thanks to your good English skills, you can easily communicate with our international customers in writing and orally. You also understand complex English documents without difficulty
• You have good to very good PC skills
• You are willing to familiarise yourself with new computer programmes (Thunderbird, LibreOffice, ERP)
• You enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You do not despair even with complex processes, do not give up quickly and independently seek help from colleagues and supervisors to solve a problem
• You have organisational talent and value clean and systematic documentation
