Your main tasks:
- Customer acquisition: Acquiring new customers for the IFS projects as well as managing strategic existing customers
- Sales process: Independent and targeted management of the entire sales process (identification, analysis, offer presentation, contract negotiations, closing)
- Business development: Identifying new business areas and building a sustainable new business pipeline
- Relationship management: Actively maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships
Your profile:
- Education: You have a higher technical or business education (HF, FH, University)
- Experience: You bring solid sales experience (B2B) in facility management, technical services, or real estate sector
- Market knowledge: You possess an in-depth understanding of the relevant markets and their development potentials
- Personality: Your winning personality and communication skills convince at all levels
- Languages: You have fluent German and good English skills; any additional language is a plus
