The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

The specialized fields of medical long-term care and palliative care provide space for around 20 residents, of which five places are available for residents requiring ventilation. In this role, you will support us:

• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• In addition to nursing activities, you also perform medical technical measures
• You take on daily responsibility
• You carefully maintain nursing documentation

You can convince us with:

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Professional HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
• You bring experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in ventilation management or are willing to acquire this knowledge
• You are familiar with RAI-NH
