Job description
The selected person will be responsible for contributing to the acquisition, deployment and continuous improvement of logistics equipment. They will be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment, from design to production operation, ensuring their performance, reliability and suitability to business needs.
Your responsibilities
Project life
- Participate in defining requirements and the design phase of new logistics equipment.
- Provide your business expertise during feasibility studies and qualification of Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Develop test plans and contribute to drafting technical and logistical specifications.
- Coordinate equipment qualification phases at suppliers and then at Rolex sites.
- Define monitoring tools, performance indicators and analysis methods.
- Participate in projects for the evolution and modernisation of logistics means.
Series life
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment once deployed in production.
- Formalise procedures, standards and operating methods associated with the equipment.
- Train and support key users to ensure optimal use of solutions.
- Act as a technical and business referent for logistics equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational performance.
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering HES, EPF or equivalent in robotics, mechanics, microtechnology or a similar field.
- Initial experience in industrial or logistics environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS/WM or MES systems appreciated.
- Analytical mindset, quality orientation and ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent skills in organisation, coordination and project management.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening ability, synthesis and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomy, dynamism, flexibility and team spirit.
- Good level of English appreciated.
